Step 1Record Allergens Correctly

Assign the contained allergens to each article and recipe. EasyKoch supports all 14 EU main allergens. For recipes, allergens are automatically aggregated from the ingredients. This gives you a correct allergen overview for your menu for every dish.

Step 2Calculate Nutritional Values

Enter nutritional data for your articles (calories, fat, carbohydrates, protein per 100g). EasyKoch automatically calculates the nutritional values per portion for each recipe. You can export this data directly for the menu or nutritional tables.

Step 3Set Up HACCP Checklists

Create your daily checklists under 'HACCP': Temperature controls, cleaning schedules, goods receipt checks. Use EasyKoch templates as a starting point and adapt them to your operational processes. Employees can check off the checklists digitally.

Step 4Keep Temperature Records

Document refrigerator temperatures, core temperatures during cooking and temperatures at service. EasyKoch automatically warns when limits are exceeded. All records are stored in a tamper-proof manner and are accessible at any time.

Step 5Generate Audit Reports
