Getting Started with EasyKoch Cloud

Learn the basics: Registration, creating first recipes, managing articles and performing first calculations.

Step 1Registration & Login

Create your free account on easykoch.cloud. Enter your name, email address and a secure password. After confirming via email, you can log in directly and land on your personal dashboard.

Step 2Create Your First Recipe

Navigate to 'Recipes' in the menu and click 'New Recipe'. Enter the name, a description and the number of portions. Then add ingredients by selecting from your article database or creating new articles.

Step 3Manage Articles

Under 'Articles' you'll find your ingredient database. Create new articles with name, unit, purchase price and supplier. Keep prices up to date so your calculations are always accurate. You can also import articles via CSV.

Step 4Perform Your First Calculation

Open a recipe and switch to the 'Calculation' tab. Here you'll automatically see the material costs per portion, the food cost percentage, and you can enter your selling price. EasyKoch calculates the contribution margin per dish.

Step 5Get to Know the Dashboard

Your dashboard shows you the most important metrics at a glance: number of recipes, average food cost, upcoming inventories and current notifications. Use the quick access links to jump directly to the most common functions.
