Go to 'Inventory' and create a new inventory count. Select the article categories you want to count (e.g. dry storage, cold room, freezer). Optionally print count sheets or use the digital form directly on tablet or smartphone.
Count the physical stock at each storage location. Enter quantities directly into the app – this saves the detour via paper. Use the search function to find articles quickly. For large warehouses, it's recommended to count in parallel with multiple people.
After saving the count, EasyKoch automatically shows you the variances between target and actual stock. Sort by largest variance to quickly identify shrinkage, errors or theft. Document reasons for large variances.
Generate a complete inventory report as PDF with one click. It contains all counted positions, variances, total warehouse value and a summary. The report is perfect for accounting and tax advisors.
