Import price lists, perform automatic comparisons and optimize orders.
Under 'Suppliers' you create all your vendors: Name, contact details, delivery conditions and payment terms. The more information you enter, the easier the comparison and order processing will be later.
Import your suppliers' price lists via CSV or Excel. EasyKoch automatically matches the items to your existing articles. For new articles, you'll be asked whether you want to create them. This keeps your prices always up to date.
Go to 'Supplier Comparison' and select the articles you want to compare. EasyKoch shows you all available suppliers for each article with price, minimum order quantity and delivery time. Sort by price or total cost for the optimal choice.
Create orders directly from the comparison. EasyKoch suggests the cheapest suppliers, taking into account minimum order values and delivery costs. You can export orders as PDF or send them directly to the supplier via email.
Over time, EasyKoch builds a price history: Track how the prices of your most important ingredients develop. Identify seasonal fluctuations and use favorable times for larger orders. The price history also helps in negotiations with suppliers.
